1. General Provisions
coolbet.games ("the Site") is operated under a Curaçao eGaming licence (License No. 8048/JAZ). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and Coolbet ("the Operator") governing your use of the Site, all games, promotions, and services offered therein.

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension, bonus forfeiture, and withholding of winnings pending investigation.
3. Bonuses & Promotions
All bonuses, including the welcome package activated by promo code COOL99, are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the respective promotion terms. The standard casino bonus wagering requirement is 35x the bonus amount. Maximum bet during active bonus wagering: €5 per round.
Bonus funds may not be withdrawn until wagering requirements are fulfilled. If a withdrawal is requested before wagering completion, the bonus and any associated winnings are forfeited. Coolbet reserves the right to withdraw bonus offers at any time without prior notice.
4. Deposits & Withdrawals
Minimum deposit: €10 (amount may vary by payment method). Minimum withdrawal: €20. Withdrawal requests are processed within 24–72 hours subject to KYC verification status. First withdrawal from a new payment method may require additional verification.
All transactions must originate from payment methods registered in the player's name. Third-party transactions are strictly prohibited. Suspicious transactions may trigger enhanced due diligence procedures, including extended verification and temporary account restriction.
5. Responsible Gaming
Coolbet is committed to responsible gaming. Players may set deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, and self-exclusion periods via Account Settings → Responsible Gaming. Self-exclusion is immediate and irrevocable for the selected duration.

6. Account Termination
Coolbet reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any account that: violates these Terms; engages in fraudulent activity; attempts to exploit technical errors or bonus systems; provides false identity information; or falls under regulatory action in your jurisdiction.
Upon termination for cause, remaining balance may be held pending investigation. Legitimate winnings from valid real-money play (not involving bonus abuse) will be returned after investigation, subject to applicable KYC verification.
